Sim Card ???

I have a Virgin sim card , question is can i have the same number on another sim card ? Reason is , that i want to use the sim in another phone so i dont have to keep taking the sim out  :y

I believe its one number per sim card  :)

Easiest thing is a sim in another phone you divert to using the **21 code. Doesn't divert texts though

Short answer . . . . . . No

Ill have to see what the cheapest deal i can get then for another sim , not necessarily Virgin though . Just want basic phone and text message service  :y

To transfer a mobile number betwix networks you have to ask your network for your  P.A.C code
Portable authorization code, they dont like to give them out so dont back down,also you might be offered better terms to stay :y

After not being able to get a good signal on the sooper dooper phone :( I bought a cheap nokia from tesco £9.50 ish :) Use their PAYG,top up £10 a month (they triple your credit and give tesco points) get something like 2000 texts....but get a signal litterally everywhere ;D
Loads of builders etc in the pub have got them now,break it chuck it and get another one (same sim). :y

But i like my House Brick old phone  ;D Ive dropped it and all sorts but it still works fine  :D

Tesco run on the side of the o2 network and asda run on vodaphone or did last count !

Vodafone use to do 2 Sims One Number service on contract, unsure whether its still available.

If your going to use a Sim very rarely in the Car, I would say Three Paygo, 3p min, 2p text and 1p per Mb.
