LPG tank question
« on: 31 August 2013, 22:00:34 »

What's the max height tank that'll fit in the Miggy Saloon boot?
Will a 430mm one go in, without the bose rig up? I seem to think 400mm is the biggest, diameter wise... but would appreciate confirmation

Cheers
James

90l tanks go in but are a tight fit, especially with Bose, but I don't know the physical dimensions of that.
My tank is 80 l and an easy fit. Do you want me to measure it as a guide?

In fact, do you want me to just measure the distance from floor to underside of the Bose shelf?

Forget mine. Think it's a 400, 90L

Easy see 400+ from a tank :)

A 400 just fits under the Bose shelf, although you can't roll it into the frame under there. A 430 might fit without Bose, just.

However, I don't think I'd want to go any bigger than 90-100L because of the weight ;)
