Prodrive MV6

Just found out my MV6 has been tuned by Prodive any one got a ruff idea how much extra brake it might have as it has a retuned ecu

what makes you think its been tuned by ProDrive?

If its the stamp on the lip spoiler, sorry to say they only made that... no tuning was done!

yeh i know about the rear spoilers but i also got the front prodrive bumper and prodive stamp on the ecu its self no ive had this one for a few years now its only coz ive added a few extras and wanting to get it re tuned ready for PV08 that i found out im one of the lucky ones that my was tuned by pro drive

Is it a 3.2 or 2.6? These later ECU's (Namely Bosch Motronic 3.1.1) can be flashed with later software but i've never heard of anyone doing it except SP32 who had his done at an outlet in Bromsgrove.

Edit: Saying that, MDTM checked the Version on mine to see if there was a later GM version to try and eliviate the 3.2 precat problem but mine was already running the last version GM released.

do prodrive actually do any engine mods at all on any cars?

i thought they were just a styling company, favouring subarus as well as doing spoilers for us lot

Prodrive - just up the road from me - do styling bits for Omega, not aware they did remapping, like they do for Subarus etc....

Their test track facility is just up the road from me, buried in the countryside, it's an ex RAF airfield.
