I highly recommend this product. If its not condensation behind the lens that your talking about ?

3M Headlight Restoration Kit to Restore Dull/ Faded/ Discoloured Headlights

This is how my headlights looked after doing them,.

You'll need a decent drill, I used a £40 Argos Bosch battery drill did both headlights and fog lamps with 2 battery's.

They can be cleaned up...

:y

I've recently done mine.  :y They appear to be coated with something from new and it's this coating that goes misty and patchy. It seems that by cutting them back, you have to remove the complete film of coating, otherwise they end up patchy. They look as good as new again now.  :y Bloody hard work though, even with a polisher to finish off.  ???

Its a messy slow job but worth the elbow grease  :y

I polished the headlights with the included drill orange pad and after by hand  :-\

If really bad, 1000 - 2000 wet & dry to matt finish, polish up with something like G3, followed by T cut for final finish :y

Agreed.  :y

Mine looked like my neighbours cat had been at the indicator area so I had to use 2000 in this area.  :y

It affects all cars with polycarbonate lenses. ie, virtually all cars.  Go to a hot country, its more apparent, even 3 or 4 yr old cars are badly affected.
