unless you want to be changing sensor every few months---at most--or every week :(

Only changed that sensor once in 166k miles on my 2.2, so worth paying for genuine  :y

I replaced mine with a non OE one  last spring and it's temperamental to say the least

If you can get access to a trade card and your local dealer is still part of the scheme( unlikely) it comes down to about £56

Totally agree with all the comments that genuine is better,but when its sitting in the palm of your hand and you're thinking I've just paid £75 for that. :(

To be fair, consider how complex the internals are mate..... no wait, it's just a magnet  :'( ;D :y

S'not. Magnet isn't part of sensor. Its a hall effect sensor :)
