Replaced my rearward wishbone bushes. No other changes, old ones not failed. Do I need set up?


Steering is still straight, no pull. Tram-lining is improved though, but still not quite happy. Summat  not quite right, intend a tweak to the steering box tomorrow.

Anyway, wim? Or not?

I've never driven an Omega which doesn't wander.  Some are much worse than others.

I didn't have the privilege to drive one off of the forecourt, so I don't know what they were like from new, but couple a big old chassis with quite large footprint tyres and it's going to be a task to make it 'true'.

If you take it to the likes of WIM and nothing needs adjusting, do you have to pay?

I knew when mine was off as it wandered. Severely.

Went to the WIM Open Day and mine was way out (ive still got the original results knockin' round somewhere).

As soon as they'd finished I jumped on the m1 and it was sorted. very pleased

I've heard it mentioned on here that tracking should frequently be checked/adjusted. but mine hasn't suffered any tracking probs at all since
