Which is a Shogun chassis, running gear and engine (2.8 Diesel. 3.0/3.2 Petrol) with a Minivan body.
And they are f*ing brilliant - IF you can afford the petrol 

Second only to a Landy Defender off-road. Big and kitted out as a VW camper bus.
Proper off-road day van/camper
I've always wanted one to replace the transit, but economics preclude

No, they are shit  - Plastic interior falls to pieces, seats are akin to a lounge - perfect for sitting in, abysmal for driving in, especially when coupled with the terrible road handling which can only be described with one word.... Dangerous.

Terrible, terrible machines!

I did about 1000 miles in one round scotland about 4 or 5 years ago 

My recollections don't tally with your comments - very comfy to drive, although a bit heavy on steering.
And don't remember any significant handling problems - but I drove it like a 2.2T 60mph van, not like I was in the MV6
