Maybe they ought to revert to crouching toilets with two foot holes. My recollection of them was they used no water.

And what diet do they use for the standardised testing, Northern European or Mediterranean. 

Very compatible with our regulations, the EU regulations specify the main flush must be 6l or more, while UK ones must be less than 6l, so thats going to work. 

Still it is good to see, that at last they are cutting out the middle man like Greek and Italian Olive growers, motorways from and to nowhere and unused civil airports and literally flushing the EU budget straight down the drain, it must be good for EU bureaucrat productivity.
