Got a text earlier in the day saying they were going to deliver a parcel before 9pm (I'd paid extra for Saturday delivery). Have been in the house ever since.

Got a text message at 19.59, saying that they were sorry they'd missed me. Huh?  ??? ??? ???

Checked their online tracking:

Returned to local service centre: 18.35

Delivery attempted, call card left: 18.40

Useless bloody service  >:( >:(
