My BB service from BT has been freezing on hd programmes ( which need the BBC service of course). Just this minute finished on line chat with BT support - first person told me my home hub 3 and bb line were  fine but disappeared off line when message came up that we had been disconnected due to my bb service??

Went back on and pointed out the silly conclusion and they immediately agreed to send a new home hub when I refused their delaying tactic of a new Ethernet cable to be tried first.

I know what they are going to ask me to try first as a stalling tactic when I have a broadband fault and I have always already done that.
