I've fitted roughly 5/6 V6 belts, all Contitech, from bpb - no probs at all, bearings and belt all looked ok after 40K when time came to replace (belt kits were replaced at correct 40K intervals despite their good visual condition) ;)

Red Baron, do you rent out your locking tools??

I'm about 6 months off doing mine (maybe a mistake!) but the concept is that i'll have a big garage to work in by then.

Only difference between the two are the belts, the tensioner, idlers etc are exactly the same from the same supplier.

And the belts are not an issue  :y

Am sure we could organise a cambelt day when its done! If planning let me have my way it'll be 7x6 meters so big enough for a few old barges  ;) Save us all a few quid and keep these old motors on the road.
