I still stand by my opinions of artificial sweetners and there is plenty of stuff out there about it.  But yes I should have checked snopes first even though it came from a reliable newsfeed of mine

Nearly bought into a scam that was being advertised on a Christian radio station. The program was Dave Ramsey which deals with financial issues, the scam was a 'free' internet wealth builder system. That is, it was free right upto the point you sign up, after which you paid for everything which seemed to be irrelevant at best and unmentioned at worst.

Nearly bought into a scam that was being advertised on a Christian radio station. The program was Dave Ramsey which deals with financial issues, the scam was a 'free' internet wealth builder system. That is, it was free right upto the point you sign up, after which you paid for everything which seemed to be irrelevant at best and unmentioned at worst.

I think that people have been so brainwashed into believing that sugar is bad for you that they will buy anything that says it is sugar free or artificially sweetened. 

Personally I don't think there is anything wrong with sugar.  It's a natural product and provided that people are sensible about their sugar consumption I can't see the problem.

It's a natural substance that is refined to hell. It bears as much resemblance to the natural product as petrol does to crude.
