Incidently (sp?) .......   recently-ish saw a comparative article in a motor magazine of a Lotus Carlton & an Insignia. Performance aside, the Insignia dwarfed the Carlton! Another example of how cars have grown over the years.

The only Carlton estate I've ever driven had a 'business load' (black Carlton used as a 'private ambulance'  ???) .....

I believe they do ...... no first hand experience though. I did take one (H10TUS) on at the lights many years ago in my Senator (same-ish engine  ::) ::) ;D) he was a dot in the distance in second(s)  :o :o Caught him up at the next lights though  ;)


Maybe Malc can fill us in n the details  ;) ;)
