Just run the a/c up now for 10 mins just took it off of eco.

However temp gauge has started working again but noticed driving along it only got to the one mark above the stop and that was town driving. Then in went down to the stop and then moved back again, parked up to wait for my son to finish work with the engine on sat for a good 15 mins after about 5 mins the gauge moved quite quickly to just over the half way mark and the heater got hotter, then it dropped rapidly back down to about 75 mark below the 80. Think I will do the tests as advised in previous posts over the Christmas break.
