Then I would would setup a brown-out website and have brown-out painted on the inside of the Vulcan bombers bomb bay.....

I'd buy a small mountain somewhere with plenty of Hydro Electric generating potential and rent out server space inside it because I think unless someone invents the instant, boil-in-the-bag nuclear power plant there are going to be "brown-outs" of several kinds to look forward to in the future.

One I'll very much welcome, the other won't be much fun.
