Christmas traditions...
« on: 22 December 2013, 21:23:39 »

Anyone have any?
I've just finished watching  A Christmas Carol whilst enjoying a wee mince pie and glass of vino. Love that film. Tonight's was with George C Scott as Scrooge .

I have to sit through the Die Hard films in the days following xmas. I don't mind the first 2, and the 3rd one is watchable. Then it goes a bit awol.

And The Great Escape, obviously.

We sat through The Sound of Music the other day. I'd never seen that film before  :-[. Not quite sure how I'd managed to avoid it for 43 years....

I always play Christmas songs this time of year to get me in the Christmas mood, especially lots of Christmas carols.  :y :y :y :y

I used to put out two massive bowls of sweets, so everybody could overload on sugar over Christmas.  :y :y :y :y
