It was sent to me by my beloved who has a colleague at work wants to do it! even the pictures make me feel funny, I don't like heights, even looking out of my office window can make me ever so slightly strange, funny as I used to do quite a bit of rock climbing in my teens........ ::) ::)

But, it's not the fall that hurts .................. it's the sudden stop at the bottom!  ;) ;) ;)

Makes the Via ferrata at Honister Slate Mine in the Lake District look rather tame. :o

As an (ex) roofer I've been in a few precarious positions over the years and obviously  never been scared of heights... But bugger that!!  You couldn't pay me enough to even think about it.  :o

I think I could do the 'walk' but I'd want more than a cup of tea ....... but bearing in mind I'd not want to go down the more direct vertical route!  ;D ;D

If I was sure that it could hold my weight (still 18 stone) I would try it.  Heights have always given me a little bit of jelly wobble in the legs but nothing I cannot overcome (I got my Mountain Leaders several years back)  Of course ropes and harnesses for the last bit and plenty of good quality carabeeners....of and a base jumping parachute for the way down  ;D

Now caving and tight spaces will turn me in to a panicking mess.  I threatened to punch someone trying to force me to do it once and only backed down when he realised I wasn't joking. :-[
