There is a specific anti-fog one available. I always found it more effective on the second application  :y

And the anti-fog that they do is a disappointment, so save your money.

I use rain - x on the front and rear windscreen (external only) and find it lasts about 3 weeks. I have been impressed with the results. I don't see it being any good for the indside of the screen.
