Well, having been with no broadband for a week, I didn't want to start on this without the guide. Got it up on stands today, (wish I had that lift) and having removed the selector switch, just as I was about to dismantle it I remembered the AR25 with a spare switch sitting under various other unwanted detritus in the corner of the garage. I've now swapped them over, and, while still on stands, all the lights now work OK, test drive to come.
Having decided that, while I've got it on stands, and thus easier to access almost everything, I would also fit poly bushes (ordered) to the front of the bones, and also sort a lazy drivers door lock and dubious rear pax window motor, I get a text from #1 son requesting garage use to change a spring.

. He'll have to help me put it back on stands again after we change the spring. Sods law, we changed the front hub on the same side last weekend, and the spring has broken since, so the same stuff has to come off again!
