I went in to get these while they were on offer at 39.99... I also went in for some screwdrivers. Turns out there was another deal on if I bought both.

So in the end, they were only about £36ish! Bonus!

That said, even at £50, they are still a good set. You will prob get a couple of quid off with the trade card too.

I thought it was keep calm and lovingly arrange biscuits on a china plate.
Last time I went to her house, Mrs DTM didn't lovingly arrange choccie biscuits on her best chinaware, but just threw the pack at me...  ;D

Think I'm visiting deepest darkest Notts tomorrow with the Gnome so we shall have to see if the arrangement is up to standards.

I think you are perfectly within your rights to complain to the management if the biscuit choices and presentation fall below par...

...just don't tell Mrs DTM I said that, or next time I see her, I may have trouble walking properly ;D

On the tool front boys . . . I finally got all the valves out of my cylinder heads on Friday and they let me use the parts washer to clean them up. Oh my God they've come up like new! That's one thing I'd love. Although not having the money or space for one is an issue.

If I was in my own garage I'd have one though  8)

If you had the money to buy a parts washer, surely you'd use it to buy a decent car? Then you wouldn't need a parts washer.

But then he wouldn't have a parts washer to wash other parts. Silly. ::) Being a mechanic and all. ;)

Or he could just go down to car people, give them the money instead. ::) ;D

Don't know many mechanics with car parts washers myself. You're a self-abuser mechanic, have you got one?

Just think of all the tools and things you could fix, if car people hadn't taken all that money. :) wouldn't have to pay all those tradesman, and garages. ;)
