I've just given the dowager a quick wash and brush up. As you would expect of a car this age there are a few marks here and there, but nothing serious.

Being a product of the Fatherland it's too efficient and sterile to be a true Omega replacement, but so long as it performs well (and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg) then I'm happy.


I wonder ......would that V8 slot into my now dormant MV6 2.6?.....Hmmm. Now there's a future project.

As an aside....totally  I was reading in motoring section of the telegraph earlier (saturday paper)
That the Nissan Leaf is one of the hardest cars to sell second hand.....someone on here has one dont they

With my miles the V8 would be out of the question. But a 320 CDi version, hummm!

MPG still not fantastic though, 3.0d XF gets 42 average

I see you've taken the pictures by the Gatehouse.  Is that a picture of part of the main residence at Opti Towers in the satnav screen?
