H21.... Reply 5 wasn't aimed at you. I don't see where you've had any input in the thread so not sure where you've come to that conclusion. My sincere apologies if you thought, at any point, it was. 
As the previous 3 or 4 posts prior to you 'nob' post in this thread were attempting to pin his departure on me then its an easy next step for me to take.
Banter and ribbing is good. I have no issues with that, in general terms. However, you can see how easy it is for someone to look at a few posts in isolation and easily reach a wrong conclusion.
What you or others may see as a gentle poke in the ribs to an online pal (whilst having a big cheesy grin on your coupon) can easily either be the last straw that causes a departure or, possibly worse, the creation of an example of that dreaded word 'clique' that gets bandied about here from time to time. If the latter it can act like a cancer if the banter/baiting/general pisstaking steps across an acceptable line in the sand. That intruduces the variable, wheres the line in the sand?
Or, put another way entirely...
