Yes I've used Shiply lots of times. You get lots of quotes for the job and pick the best based on price and transport provider feedback.

Fully legal! :y

Good luck with it. :-*

Might actually have an MoT... so could be a moot point :-\

Still no response from seller  . . . so don't know about MOT   . . .but nothing mentioned in ad

Texted earlier tonight   & no response . . . . but   will ring number tomorrow .

I had the same problem a couple of years back when I needed to get a 2.5 from Northants to Southend  . . .Cost of

transporting puts the car in the "not such a good deal " bracket . :'( :'(

But whatever happens  . .won't be "swapping" plates  " :P :P

Still got the two "planks" if you need them Al ;D ;D ;)

Do you have AA/RAC/Green Flag membership? Register the car with them as change of vehicle and see if they will recover it home for you. You may need to incorporate a "fault" that they would be unable to repair at the roadside......

Take number plates of current omega, and put on the buyer  :y.  Not failed me yet,
anpr read the plates, no ping no problem. :y

another just legal tip from me :y

You're not related to a lad who goes to my College are you, BG? When quizzed on ''how will the de-catting straight through exhaust pipe affect it's MOT''? His reply was ''not a problem...I always get a dodgy MOT''.

Now, I know for a fact that if I did this I'd be caught immediately. Murphy's Law. Hence why I always do things by the book.
