Got this heart monitor thing on for a week, problem is at bed time i don't wear anthing to clip the monitor on to.!!!!!!

just tape the wires to your chest i have woken up in the morning before with a wire off the press stud :-?

I have a 24 hr tape on now  :o

Wear a t-shirt or polo shirt ... :)  

If you have ANY chest hair do NOT tape the wires/monitor to your body ... it hurts like hell when you turn over in your sleep and pull off 40 million hairs at once  :(

I wore an old polo shirt, the type with a pocket in ... the monitor fitted in there with a bit of cutting and pinning ... a lot more comfortable the second night ....  :y :y :y :y :y

Right, we simply-must begin a thread to try and 'tweak' (in a safe/nice way) Mike F`s ECG log.....`see if the Doctors spot the time he read the posts! ;D

E.G: I`m sure a couple of under-bonnet photo`s of an MV6 will blip the trace! ;D

I have to wear a mask at nights because I've got sleep apnoeia - every now and then I forget to breathe.  Makes me look like Darth Vader.  OK, a very short, fat and rumpled Darth Vader, but you know what I mean.

I thought about bringing it in to work for quite days like today, but I think it would be too much of a give away... :)
