exhaust help

I need help with trying to find a exhaust for my omega but the problem is I cant fit the one form euro carparts cuz of the well the middle box is n sit to low to the floor (if fitted would touch the floor) as my car is low and before some says raise the car up ermm no
I need the closest thing to the genuine centre section were can u get these from ???

Most on here use and recommend Eternal Exhausts of eBay, but never used them myself, also no idea how they would work with your lowered Mig.  ;)
