You think I'm buying a new Daewoo? Dream on. It will have Holden badges. And no mistake. Non of that cheap Korean shite here.
Mine has Chevvy badges, but according to you.....

Outside Oz, the two largest markets for the Commodore platform are Brazil and the US, specifically Federal and State Government departments...

This is good for GM because...

The Crown Vic is no longer made...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Crown_Victoria

So Ford now do a Police version of this...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Taurus_(sixth_generation) which hasn't been well recieved.

GM, on the other hand are yet to write off the Caprice...
http://www.government-fleet.com/news/story/2013/12/gm-aussie-exit-has-no-immediate-effect-on-caprice-ppv.aspx

Don't write it off yet :y

Just to add, I stand corrected about Brazil :'( scroll down to Omega D...

I do believe that Ford has already announced they were pulling out of Oz and a year before GM before GM announced they were to do so

Ha ha ha, dream on, currently one of the single most expensive places to manufacture something with massive import and export duties plus local taxes that make your eyes water.

Hence why they only get the old models of car and dont export

The lack of a Omega replacement pushed me onto off roaders.

If there had been an Omega C, and it was recognisably part of the family like the Senators were I would have bought one.
