Scottish currency.....fixed it!

Was doing some Omega work over the weekend and had a flash of inspiration.

If Scotland becomes independent, they will need a new currency if the news and politicians are to be beleaved.

So I thought, why not the Grote, in this case the Scottish Grote or Scrote for short.

BBC ticker, Scottish Greens "all currency options should be considered"

So looking at the history of the Grote, would that be a thick grote or a great grote (Scrote)..?

A referendum I think.

Thick Scrote clearly fits, but he may well prefer "Great Scrote". ...greatest Scrote of all. ;D

It's really made me laugh last week when Osborne said that an independent Scotland couldn't share sterling and Nicola Sturgeon said that if the UK wasn't prepared to enter a currency union there would be a 'massive backlash!' ::)  Ooooooo!!  :o  ;D

The question that keeps coming to me about all this is why are the scot's voting on independence and all the time talking about joining another union(EU) or keeping monetary union with the pound  ??? ??? ???

I just dont get it  :-\
