Am I the only one who finds GP boring?

Yes  ;D ;D I'm a die hard nut for F1, been watching it every year since 1974, age 10 and loved every year of it, it will be nice to see Lewis take the title this year, he is a excellent driver, unlike the other pasted British world champs (Hill - Mansell) both jokes

My view, ban wings/spoilers so they is at least some overtaking.

I think that is partly whey they have removed the LSD, to allow for some input from the drivers. :exclamation

Not enough, still no overtaking.

I thought the Sauber BMW team did well, and a better end to the race for Kubica than last year

Are you watching the same F1 racing as the rest of us !!! there is overtaking even at circuits like MONACO

Yeah, about 2 overtaking (outside of pits) per race. Hardly exciting.  Thats why every other form of motorsport is more interesting

Got to agree with TB here. It has become a bit of a procession for a few years. Only a little more interesting when it rains. Touring cars seem better matched with weight penalties and are better to watch. ;)

nope, i don't bother anymore......

After years of 'lets all follow the red car' racing i switched over to BTTC, far more viewing quality and the drivers are allowed to have a personality out on the track  :y

also ban refuelling, then they would have to overtake on the track rather than in the pits..........mansell was an idiot outside the car ,but in the car he was one of the gutsiest drivers ever to sit in an F1 car.his battles with piquet/senna(the master)were better than anything todays tedious processions could offer.

think they should bring LSD back. each driver should have some before the start of the race. now that would make thing interesting.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Me neither. The local grass track is much more entertaining as far as motorsport goes. 6 quid for a day watching beaten up old Novas battling it out is far better value than all the millions that gets sunk into F1.

ITV and their adverts and Murray retiring were the last straw. At least he added a little interest to the proceedings because, let's face it, aside from the start / finish and the odd accident / overtake it's like watching a load of scalextric cars go round on rails.

In almost all other forms of motorsport you can appreciate the skill of the drivers in the normal course of their driving as you watch them slide around, overtake, outbrake other drivers, etc. That has simply been banished from F1 making it a procession of advertising hawdings, IMHO.

Yup, agree exactly.

No outbraking manuovers etc as the aerodynamics make it virtually impossible.  Constantly reducing engine power isn't helping - let them have 1000bhp, but chop the rather wings off!

And in the good old days there was always a few deaths every so often to really liven it up! ;D ;D ;D ;D   No seriously, The 1968 film 'Grand Prix' highlighted the then significant dangers in the sport, and the crowds lust for blood!  All this has gone, and it is just boys playing with their toys that all look the same and basically do the same....mind you I would simply love to drive an F1 car! :y
