Intemitent Parkpilot fault
« on: 17 April 2014, 18:43:41 »

As above

Sometimes and becoming more frequent, the park pilot fails to kick in.
I take it that it takes its feed off the reversing light circuit.
Is that feed from the back of the rear light cluster or further forward around the switch on the gearbox ?

I've not checked to see if the reversing lights are working yet.
That's next on the list  ;)

If its silent, that implies the speaker is at fault, IF the sensors are ticking. ;)

Reverse lights on, no sound whatsoever  :(

I take it that its the unit that is stuffed into the corner at the back of the near side rear light cluster ?
How is it wired in ?   Plug of some sort or crimps / scotchlocks ?
Is it fused ?  If so, where ?

Dark now and I can't find my torch hence the questions  ;D
