It amazes me that people never consider the consequences when 98% of their attention is on anything but controlling safely a 1 to 2 tonne high speed, potentially lethal, lump of metal. At least it was a truck she hit with the driver unhurt not some innocent family wiped out.

I wonder if there are any statistics for road accidents with an age denominator?
