Are Google in on it?

Don't know which google you use but on mine Reading and W o k i n g h a m are very different, in fact it seems to be nearer Bracknell, but as I do not know the area I bow down to local knowledge......... ;D ;D ;D

Hmmm..........Reading or Wakefield. Which is the lesser of two evils?, I wonder. :P :P :P ;)
No comparison.

Meaning? ::) ::) :P
Ermm.....there is no comparison between Reading and Wakefield.  ::)

Well, they are both shi........... so there is a comparison of sorts.  ;D ;D ;)
South Lincs and Reading are both full of farmers, but hardly comparable..... :P

I like to believe that South Lincolnshire is more comparable  to the Seychelles, Milan, and Rome, rather than sad old Reading. ::) ::) ;D ;D
How's that working for you?  ;D ;D ;D

Beer? That's stretching it a bit. :o

The brewery Whitbread chemical plant has been demolished and replaced by empty offices and a large desk fan now, anyway.

The brewery Whitbread chemical plant has been demolished and replaced by empty offices and a large desk fan now, anyway.

Now let's be accurate about this.

Courage brewery is no more, as is the site it was previously on which was turned into a bus station and is now a shopping centre.

Biscuits are no more. Listed building that was Huntley and Palmers is now flats and the Prudential building.

Bricks...? New one on me but going by TheBoys experience that's hopeless as well.

Football...? Maybe half a point made there but its not quite what it was since Madejski sold it.

So, on balance here abouts, I'd say Not Reading is more famous than Reading is for being Reading  ;D

Woking ham? Like a decent ISP, let's hope it stays anonymous. Or everyone will be on it. ::)

Simonds Brewery was founded by well known Reading resident Chris 'Gixer' Simonds in 1785. :y ;D ;D ;D

There used to be a a Nice little Beer Factory called Greenwood's Brewery in a lovely little Town called Wo_king_ham out your way, not to sure how far away that is from your home town of Reading though.  ;)

I used to work in Greater Reading. I went to the pub one night when i first got there and everyone was really really posh.

I met Gixer the other day and I can report that he is very posh!  :)
