Given that it did play up yesterday, trying to do 80 up a hill into a strong headwind, I'm not quite sure I have the confidence in it.

Even after the EML went out, it's power seemed to be surging (very evenly/ryhtmically, about once a second).

If nothing else, the extra weight will help down hill and for inertia on the level bits ;D

...last time it was really shitty was in warm weather, I wonder if that gives clues...

No, its when under load, you can feel the power surging in and out, at about 1s intervals.

No, its when under load, you can feel the power surging in and out, at about 1s intervals.

So yes, but it's when its under load.... ::)

So yes, but it's when its under load.... ::)
Sorry, other than an idle hunt, I've not experienced any power surges on LPG
