I sold it to a fisherman in Looe yesterday. :y

I've bought a smaller car off a neighbour which will hopefully do 40+ mpg. It's sad but I had no choice really.

The good news is that I'll be able to get another miggy soon and use it for 'Sunday best'. :y

Realy pleased for you Kate.....at least you have transport at a cost that is affordable to you and that enables you to get around to do what you have to...As for a replacement omega ,,that will come around as soon as it suits you...And there is always a positive side to everything and its for you this time, because you will be the one to buy the car you want at a good price because migs are nearly worth nothing....So very good for you....Hope all goes well for you. :y :) ;)

Thanks very much for that. :y

I went out in the little car yesterday and today and it's still got lots of fuel in it. Amazing. :o
And the insurance in only £165 a year. :o

If anyone has a cheap mig coming up for sale soon then let me know.

What did you get Kate?  Smaller cars are a lot more practical in these small seaside towns, hence I'm often seen in town in my Mum's purple Fiesta.....  :-[  ::)  ;D

I know what you mean, Sir Tig. I often take the Corsa for short runs. It's easy to drive and easy to park. Plus, it manages about 45-47 MPG on a long run. :y

I got a Ford Ka.

I've had one before and really like them. It's only done 69000 which looks genuine and has an excellent service history. I know they rust but this one looks pretty solid.
