Ffs, it's £300, has MoT and Tax, what more do you want ::)

I mean, a member here has their car on Ebay, and no mention of recent issues in the advert, although it does have quite a long shit list already :-\

It's unlikely to have been a motorway/police car, but no calibrated speedo means sfa on a twelve year old car, mine has been changed twice, first time was a non calibrated speedo from a breaker... :y

Even Dr Cem can't get that out of a 2.5, so what hope has anyone else got, besides at that mileage, it probably only has 150 bhp left if it has been as carefully maintained as the headlights and rear bumper ::)

I did that earlier whilst delivering two tons of paving slabs to a house in Medina Road Cosham, between Third and Fourth Avenues, (it is actually a through road used as a rat run)... some gimp offered to report me for causing an obstruction. I replied that he could either use my phone or I would gladly direct him to the police station 500 yards away. This wasn't good enough apparently, so I impolitely told him to either carry out his threat, of foxtrot oscar and buy himself some tissues and to stop being an impatient tuesday. He didn't have much to say to that apart from accusing me of swearing at him when he hadn't even raised his voice... he had, as he was yelling at me from the front of the truck long before I saw him ::)

Moral of the story... don't start giving someone grief when they are clearly in the middle of struggling with a ton pallet of paving slabs. To prove a point, I moved the truck as best I could, but the size of the space meant it ended up at an angle with the wheels turned, still effectively reducing the road to 8'.

Refrained from raising my voice at a bus driver who came past three times waving her arms around... third time she condescended to actually open the door to talk at me. Apparently the angle of the wheels meant that she was unable to pass... I, reasonably, politely pointed out that she had already passed me twice as had an artic and three other trucks. As she didn't say please, I went back to handballing the paving slabs off  :-X

Not sure which is more annoying... getting wound up enough to call someone a tuesday, or the fact that they didn't react :-[
