Offal and Blood Serum added to meat, which according to food regulations, must be marked on the label if added.

Of course sausages and black pudding are 100% prime cuts and involve no mixing whatsoever... even when sausages were first invented they were made from the finest pork cuts :P

I can personally recommend a French type of sausage called Andouillette. It's made only from pure best fillet beef from hand reared cattle with a just few organic herbs and spices, nothing else   ::) . . . . . . it's also ok for vegans  ???

Al racks his brain to think of a famous veggie to turn into black pudding, but struggles as Linda McCartney might be a bit tasteless  ::)

Oooh controversial  :o

That will confuddle so many people... it's sustainable, so the environmentalists can't complain, it might not be exactly ethical, which will give the Cats Protection league summat to go on, and the vegetablists will be up in arms, but only because they choose to exclude themselves from some really tasty food ::)

And 75% of the worlds population don't eat pork, so couldn't give a rats arse, which means more for me us ;D
