Looks perfectly proportioned to me. You just need to add an inspection pit. :y :y :y

On reflection, I think the bathroom may be a little too big.

 ;D    ;D    ;D

Not long bought a big old house in Wales. It has a huge garage. I had a builder in to look at turning over half of it into a sort of music (drum kit  :y ) room. Builder was really puzzled about why I would want to do that.

1. I never use a garage, car stays outside and I don't do my own work/maintenance

2. He is a car nut with a classic Stag and an old Porsche

Different priorities . . . .  ::)

It's getting increasingly difficult to find houses with usable garages around here - precisely because people keep doing that to them and rendering what was a useful worthwhile space completely useless.

Bah. ;)

Not different, Rog.. Wrong  :P ;D

(He says .. with a garage full of crap  :-[ ;D )

Only kidding, anyway.  At least they're usually easy enough to turn back into garages for those that want one :) Although there are some very odd garage conversions out there that I've seen - the last one I saw was completely detached from the house, but set out as a livingroom with the up & over door left at the front with just enough depth to open it before you get to the false wall..
