For a while I've been looking a replacement to my Omega, somehow I have got fed up with the car in general and the steering problem still persists and I don't have the energy to hassle with it anymore.

I have always wanted to have a Citroen C5 due to its hydractive suspension and now I bought one. A 2007 estate 2,0 petrol engine, in a good condition, excellent IMHO. So, now I'm trying to sell my Omega (with very little luck (or with wrong price)).

What I do already miss is the power of the Omega. Comfort and silence, C5 offer these, but when driving on motorway 120 km/h and you floor it... well...nothing happens in this Citroen, compared to Omega...

However, I will not abandon this forum and there will still be an Omega in my life (no, not the watch, my fathers car...) and I still hope I can share some of my Omega-experience over the last decade.

It would make a nice road trip, but unless you want UK price/money, it will be a very expensive holiday

I have only ever driven 1.8 C5's, you can imagine how flat both of those were

Good luck with it. They are not a quirky as Citroens of old, but still have French electrics sadly. The ride, whilst not much good for throwing about, is fantastic.

In general Omegas here are lower spec than yours and still higher prices. I would imagine mine could sell for around 1500 - 2000 euros and seeing some very similar ones in UK (this one: http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=124595.0 though it has leather and 3,2 engine and a lot of extras I don't) being sold for a lot less I'd say that you really do want to have my car if you are coming to collect it  But then again, mine is Opel and the steering-thing would be sorted anyway when changing the dash and steering and brake servo...
