Exactly the same oil... Semisynth was dropped from the label a couple of years ago iirc :-\

Fully synth is 5w30, semi is 10w40 :y

As a footnote to the camcover story, I went into a different dealers whilst on my travels and purchased a set of camcover gaskets for £38 and the price for a cam cover and gasket set was £159 + VAT!!  ::)
