To cut a long story short, Tesco Direct has dropped the price of the Karcher K2 pressure washer on its website, but there's a further tenner to be deducted from the asking price by using the discount code listed on my project thread. How much was it in the end then?  Most shops sell the K2 for around £79.

I bought a K5, partially for the extra power, but also for the longer high pressure hose - my old Karcher with a 4m hose was a PITA

Ah yes, I should have mentioned that, eh?! £49 all in (might have been £3 delivery, can't remember off the top of my head). I was looking for a 'bigger' pressure washer tbh, but the price of this was impossible to ignore. I'm really impressed with it. It works really well with my snowfoam lance (which will fail to create proper foam if supplied with an inadequate amount of pressure).

Really? I didn't have any trouble getting hold of mine. Bought them direct from Vauxhall. I think they were about £25 with trade discount, although I'll admit that I did buy them a couple of years ago (the car has been in storage since I bought it in 2010 and has only just come out of hibernation!).
