Glad to see council "kind of" supporting it, all too often councils would block this on H&S bull.

No one is forced to use it and they can carry on with the 14 mile detour through the lanes for er free if they like.....

I think the council realises they would recieve a barage of criticism for misdirected energy and general project management incompetance if they tried anything against this fella.  Good on him

Only thing I can think of which might be an area of concern for those that use it, isn't this considered offroad driving and thus not covered by many insurance policies?
