Friday Night: Taking SWMBO out for dinner to celebrate re-mortgage completion (Started this process 18 months ago but she was made redundant 2 weeks before proposed completion!!)

Saturday: Dunno... She's bound to have a list for me by then!!

Sunday: Work!! But at least it's for training... I'll be driving the crane simulator in preparation for my next licence!

WOW! always wanted to have a go in a crane!! Its on the list  :) Starting my PPL next month so thats another off the list.... hopfully ;)

You must earn far too much if you can afford to do a PPL!!!!

I got a scholarship in my school days and did 20 hours towards it. Went back to it 10 years later and managed another 10 hours or so but got divorced and had to empty my flying account to be able to live  :( :( :'( :'( Perhaps one day I'll be able to finish it!!!

As for the crane simulator... It's only for the smaller gantry cranes this time but I'm hoping to get up the bigger ones in the future!!

In the NHS? I should be so bleeding lucky!! Have quite a few contacts locally  ;) so it is well subsidised  :) have done quite a bit of flying and gliding from an early age. Seems to be very popular here. And I was an air cadet as a kid, which was cool. Would love to (but never will) fly a private jet  8-) 8-)

still want a go in your crane  :) Swap ya for another 10 hours flying  ;D

I'm still hoping to finish my PPL eventually but that's a very generous offer... It would be great to get in the air again!!  :y :y

I may just have to try and take you up on that at some point!!

Mrs TheBoy is away this weekend at her C&G course, so I'm free to do as I please :D

Think I'll get a pizza in tonight, and wash down with some beer. Tomorrow morning, a quick tech2 job.  If weather nice, I may look at a problem with the tractor.

Seeing as I'm going up to lakes early, need to sort out camping stuff, and need to tidy up the house a bit as well, as there are piles of clean washing on dining room table.

Rumour of a beer and curry night on sat night with JamesV6CDX and Tunnie
