All the climair one's I've fitted to trucks, just push into the window trac. Climair distributor is in Kent, give them a ring.

Why oh why oh why?

If really needing the window open, open the rear one as well.

Indeed, but I'm still interested as to why. Failed ac perhaps?

Obvious really....so you can put the window down a tad at 100mph to have a ciggie, ie flick the ash out the window....had them on one of the trafics i had (already fitted tho)  :y ;D

Do they come with a boot sticker? Driver smells of wee... Or fag ash? ;D
Bloody ridiculous idea if you ask me, and my own. ;)

And by ac, I mean ac in conjunction with the climate control. Obviously the ac needs to be working for the cc to give the perfect blend of hot and cold, that the General designed in,  so that the window can be kept shut and WIND DEFLECTORS ARE NOT NEEDED. Ridiculous thing to do IMO. But as you say, each to their own. ::)

And people who smoke (and smoke in cars) should be shot. IMO. Filthy bloody habit. :P

Oddly the fresh air through the windows has more particulates in it from the various diesel cars around. So not as fresh as you think.

Plus your aircon will most likely die due to a lack of use (seals etc).

I hate wind deflectors because they seem to be the rage on most boy racer car modifying forums/mags etc.

Do bear in mind that for some people who wear contact lenses, aircon (ie dry air) can cause irritation.

I prefer Aircon with climate control myself but having driven round in the 2.6 that has needed a new condenser fitted for the last 6 months, I've kind of got used to having the sunroof fully open and the windows down when off the motorway.
