life stinks
« on: 19 August 2014, 01:55:25 »

Sorry just need to sound off. As some may remember my wife had skin cancer a couple of months ago. She had the op and has since had the all clear. So other funds are short at the  moment I managed to book my wife and two kids a week at butlins. So 8.30am up we get pack the car and off we go all singing down the a3. By 11.30 sitting and the beach eating chips.
Anyway great day had by all. 5.15pm received phone call from father in laws neighbour saying he has had a heart attack and in hospital. But doesnt now which one so iam now thing what do I do. Anyway I rang the police and explained the problem. To my surprise and due to the fact he had the heart attack at the bus stop, they had a record of it and managed to pass me straight thru to the icu ward of that hospital. Know real details given only that he has had two stents put in. Problem is due to some problem there are keeping him asleep for 24hrs and on a ventilator as they cant get his temperature down. After a bad drive home (a3 shut for road works) iam now stitting at home watching my kids while wife and a good friend are at the hospital.

Sorry rant over.........
