You cannot write motorcycle and 'Triumph Rocket 3 in the same sentence.. Kerb weight: 367kg. 'Motorcycle'? Noooo... ;) ;) :)

Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.

My plastic pig weighed less than that. ;)

The OP may refer to the original Rocket 3 from 1968.

On second thoughts that was made by BSA. :-\

Yes indeed.

I lusted after a  Trident T160 in my youth but the pennies wouldn't quite stretch. :(

Could have sworn it was a T160 that Amy's Dad restored, but no.. I checked and it's a TSS.  This very one, in fact.

I seem to recall that the TSS was 4 valves per cylinder. Positively 'space age' technology for a Bonnie. :y

Lucky man, Mr Rods. :y

I believe that the T150 had the engine upright in the frame, while the T160 had it 'canted' slightly forward?

Good, boys. Thanks for the info on price, weight and riding position. I didn't know it was more reliable than the American muscle. Good to know.
Now I need some used motorcycle website. I like the look of it very much since it looks so hunky and built for almost 7 footers, like myself.
