No, in a word, similar but FL had additional safety features, very late FL had a different Leather grain.

On the colour side, late PF (MiniFace) and early FL had the same Black (ish) Colour, the very late FL's were a tad darker.

FL's MV6 Leather Seats were also an option in Cream, although Ive never seen a set in the flesh.

Depends on what you want....

The rear bench is the same throughout the range, only the colours are slightly different...

Theres black or charcoal (almost black) but there are different graining patterns...

I have a set of Recaro leathers in mine from a FL MV6 but Im 99% sure its charcoal and not black, but I really dont think it makes any difference TBH except for the difference between the Elite seats and the MV6 seats....

The Elite seats have the full adjustment and are quite a big seat, whereas the MV6 seats are usually Recaro's and have the 'wings' and leg supports as well as the knee extension thingy... and are only adjustable (electronically) for the up and down...

And forgetting colours for a mo (which are different between MFL/early FL/late FL), MFL won't have the active head restraints, and the seat heaters are incompatible between MFL and FL.
