EML light Off

Hi,

I have omega B 2.0l model 1996 (manual Transmission)...
I Noticed that the EML light is Off when I switch on and want to start the engine...
as I know, it must be On for a while and the Off... is that right?

Also, I tried to do the paper clip test but the EML not flashes...

For your help please

Check the bulb :y

Cluster out is a five minute job, just follow the guide :y

Bulb might have mysteriously disappeared!
