Fan overrun
« on: 16 October 2014, 20:36:04 »

Should the fan be running for 30 seconds after engine is switched off when it's 11degreesC outside (and temp gauge at 85 for 23mile journey home) ?  ???

My 2.6 does exactly the same when switched off, especially after a reasonable run that ends in slow moving traffic. Automatically turns off by the time I get my kit out of the car, lock it and begin to walk away.  Normal, I'd say

AC will only cut out in temp below 4 Celsius or something similar; you should have it on "always" as it dries air inspite the set temperature so you avoid misting etc.

ah, that had been said already above by chrisgixer
