Given the police (and media) love prosecuting people who post videos of themselves speeding.. you'd think the police would be all over prosecuting someone for a (clearly) dangerous and overweight load based on the video evidence, no?

The hard fact is that there are insufficient police resources to follow up on everything "illegal" shown on Youtube. The police, and CPS, have enough going on with live, more easily prosecuted cases of law infringement that really are of "public interest".  We just need far more traffic and general police officers, and a CPS with greater resources that currently are being cut back still further!!
