Just received a letter from British Gas, good ol British company,with call centres not in Britain (well some are)

Your outstand balance of£5.62 can be repaid at £6.00 per week
Now I failed O level maths(got a cse) but them sums don't add up,even to me.
But the good old offshore call centre cant see the inaccuracies off the maths.
 could professor Brian Hawkins,or another mathematician step forward to do the calculus please
