Good news.

What price did you agree on?

The screen price. £1,995.

Full tank of Petrol, full tank of Gas and a full service (it was only done 2,700 miles ago).  I marked the oil filter and air filter.  Didn't have any tools with me, else I'd have whipped off the coilpack and marked a plug.

I have the benefit of being able to take it out for a decent run next weekend, and if there is something I'm not 100% happy with, they can either correct it, or I'll factor it into the price.

Every service shows fully synth and all the breather pipes felt ok.

I will be dropping the sump as a priority just to be confident all is well.

Looking at the second picture..... is that tyre on ass backwards, or is it my imagination?  They are Uniroyals... didn't take much notice of the model of tyre.  Rears are brand new and fronts have done 2,700 miles.

That tyre does indeed look likes its wrong,one to check on your return trip,nice looking car though

Just phoned insurance company and I'm not happy.

This bloody Swede is going to cost me £7.44 extra a year to insure.

I am not LPG savvy, never owned one.  This car has got a Stag 300 kit installed.

I've read about the flashing light on the display and different flashes mean different things, and I know that when the light is steady it means the car is running on gas.

I'm a bit confused about the filler port though.  The system was installed in 2006.  It has a 'hidden' LPG filler located beneath the conventional fuel filler flap.

I assume there will be an adaptor somewhere (glovebox etc) that simply screws into this to give the correct fitting for the UK filling Stations.. Would that assumption be correct, and if so, what would it look like?

All the adaptors I can find online have a much larger diameter threaded part.

All info I can get before having a proper look at her tomorrow is gratefully received.

The Stag light is either off (petrol), on (LPG), flashing slowly (awaiting predetermined conditions (temp, revs etc) to turn on to LPG) or flashing fast (error).

I imagione they will provide the adapter, assuming previous owner gave it to them. Just make sure valetters don't lob it!

There will be warnings at all LPG stations declaring it is forbidden to use adapters...  ...ignore them

Oh, and its certainly not an unattractive looking car .  Not a car I'd probably buy (I'd be wrecking the front tyres all the time), but here's hoping it serves you well
